That is why we work with a commitment from both sides. You commit to working with us. We commit to working exclusively for you — which means we can tell you when a property isn’t right, when a price is too high, or when you should walk away. Without any pressure to close.
Our Fee

of the final purchase price paid at the notary on completion
€1,000 commitment fee to begin
To begin working together, we ask for a €1,000 commitment fee. This is fully deducted from the success fee at completion. So it costs you nothing extra when we deliver.
